It has been a day of celebration at Thomas Clarkson Academy, especially for our highest performing students. Here's some profiles about them and their future plans:

He said ‘I am feeling really good about my results. I am really proud of my English results as I wasn’t expecting them to be so high. I am planning to study Maths in Sixth Form at Thomas Clarkson Academy in September.’

There were tears of joy for Alyx Haines who achieved 9 in Maths, 8 in English Language and Literature and 5 As in French, additional science, philosophy and ethics, geography, computing as well as a Distinction* in ECDL. She said ’I am slightly disappointed in geography and RE as I only got an A and I really wanted an A*!’ Alyx is going on to study maths and further maths.

Holly Keeley was celebrating her 9 in English Literature, 8 in English Language, 7 in Maths, Distinction* and 3A*s. She said ‘I am really proud of the 9 in English Literature’.
