A team of Marines visited Thomas Clarkson Academy to do fitness training with Year 10 and 11 students.

The Cambridge-based group came into school at the end of January and took four PE classes.

Teacher James Hooper said: “They were doing push ups and sit ups, working as a team and supporting each other.

“The idea was to give students who might be interested in a career in the Services a chance to have a go at a few activities.

“The students really enjoyed it.”
