Year 11 leavers assembly

A special assembly was held this week for our Year 11 students.

A special assembly was held this week for our Year 11 students.

The Year 11 leavers assembly took place on Monday in the theatre. Principal Clare Claxton gave a talk and students watched a video of photographs and memories of their time at Thomas Clarkson.

Teacher Amy Anderson said: “Some awards were given out which were voted for by the students, like who was most likely to become Prime Minister and who was most likely to win Britain’s Got Talent.

“Ronan Cookland sang an Elvis song and they watched a video of memories, which had photos from their time at school and videos from the French trip they went on.

“After assembly we had time for some shirt signing and cupcakes.”
