Remembrance Services
The Academy took time to remember those killed or injured in conflict during a number of Remembrance activities.
Assemblies were led by students, including a number of cadets, and featured readings, a video by the British Legion and a PowerPoint presentation two students. It was followed by the Last Post and a minute’s silence.
A number of students also joined Principal Clare Claxton for the Remembrance parade in Wisbech, which started at the Market Square and took in the Cenotaph, where students laid a wreath. The cadets in attendance also included a number of TCA students.
In a separate trip, students who attend the British Legion’s Skillforce lessons paid a visit to the war memorial to pay their respects. Louise Bass, from Inclusion, said: “The boys were very well behaved and we had a short service where they read prayers. They were very respectful.”
