The A Level group were given a brief to design a card which contained our academy logo, but was also festive and could be sent out.

“They were effectively given an industry brief, similar to what they would receive from a client if working in the design industry, and the two winning designs were chosen to be printed,” said Mrs Loosemore, leader of art.

“Both the winning artists found brilliant ways to include the logo as requested while maintaining a festive feel,” she added.

Emily used baubles for her themed design while Paulina chose to produce a close-up portrait of Santa.

Both cards will be used by the academy - one internally and one for external recipients.
