TCA students were encouraged to think of others this Christmas during a themed assembly.

Assistant Principal Jonathan Holmes spoke to Year 10 students about giving something back and thinking of other people over the festive season in assembly this morning.

Students were shown the full Live Aid video and last year’s John Lewis advert, which shows a little boy waiting for Christmas to come so that he can give a gift, rather than receive gifts.

Mr Holmes encouraged students to think of people who are less fortunate than them and to support charity initiatives to give something back for Christmas.

Thinking of others will be the theme for several other assemblies in the lead up to Christmas.
