Students can take part in a range of sports during after school clubs at the Academy.

Students can take part in a range of sports during after school clubs at the Academy.

Sessions being run during the Autumn term after school from 3.20pm to 4.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

On Mondays trampolining and girls football sessions take place. GCSE PE sessions also run for Year 10 and Year 11 students.

On Tuesdays students can play badminton or rugby and on Wednesdays volleyball, football and netball sessions take place.

On Fridays students can play football, table tennis or basketball. They can also take part in climbing sessions.

The after school clubs are open to students from all years.

PE teacher James Hooper said: “If you and your friends get bored after school then come down to the Sports Hall and find out what’s going on.”
