Students make tasty desserts in Food Technology

Students have been making a host of tasty desserts in recent Food Technology lessons.

 Students have been making a host of tasty desserts in recent Food Technology lessons.

This week students made their own flan cases, which they then filled with fruit and jelly. Students produced flan cases of a high quality and used them to create peach, strawberry and fruit cocktail flans.

Before Christmas students also made chocolate logs to mark the festive season.
