Students can help choose recipe for new TCA sausage

Students are being given the chance to be part of a panel which will help to choose the recipe for Thomas Clarkson Academy’s new signature sausage.

Students are being given the chance to be part of a panel which will help to choose the recipe for Thomas Clarkson Academy’s new signature sausage.

A local butcher, Cooks of West Walton, is working with TCA to help develop the sausage recipe.

A panel of 12 people will choose the final recipe and students are being invited to apply to be part of the panel.

To apply students must write in no more than 100 words why they should be on the panel.

Entry forms are available from the school restaurant now.
