Spending Christmas in a cramped rowing boat crossing the Atlantic with not much sleep might not sound like fun - but it did sound inspirational to a group of our students.

The group of students we pictured on GCSE results day are all heading in a different direction, but have all reaped the rewards of working towards their ambitions which range from a lawyer to a Para.

Miles Clark is already working towards his future by buying and selling used cars which he works on in his spare time.

There were celebrations at our academy when students arrived to collect their GCSE results this morning.

There was cause for double celebration for one of our students who celebrated passing his driving test and his A Levels on the same morning.
