Representatives from BAE Systems, the RAF and Royal Navy came to the academy to talk about the importance of STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) subjects within a range of industries.

Our Year 7 and 8 students also learned about deep space and deep oceans, and how companies are involved in exploration.
