Mental Health Awareness week

We are heading towards Mental Health Awareness Week - and exam season is now in full swing.

This time of year puts teachers, students and their families under a lot of strain, and there are coping mechanisms that might help.

Reading is a good way of relaxing and our library has a lot of books which could help over this difficult time, so have a look. It may be that exams are not the problem, there is still help available and you don't have to be on your own.

It's important that we all recognise this is a tricky time and try to be patient and tolerant with each other.
