In the event of forcasted hot weather, the following academy procedure is implemented.

1. TCA has a 'shirt sleeve day' policy whereby once temperatures rise our office manager confirms in writing to all staff that it is a shirt sleeves day. She assesses and communicates this early in the morning. This means blazers do not have to be worn. If deemed necessary, the same will apply to ties.  Students will be informed of this on the day.
2. Signs are placed in the community entrances and on the TV screens for all students to see.
3. Students are allowed to fill bottles of water at break, lunch and in between lessons.
