Useful Contact Information

Our customer service team are always on hand to support you with day to day administration queries and can be contacted on office@thomasclarksonacademy.org.

In the first instance, please contact your child’s Form Tutor with general queries relating to your child’s day to day school life and well-being. They will be more than happy to assist you.

If  your query is subject specific, please contact your child’s subject teacher who will endeavour to answer your query as quickly as possible.

Your child’s Raising Standards Leader can be contacted if your query relates to your child’s academic progress across the curriculum.

Student Services are available to assist you with any Personal, Development, Behaviour and Welfare queries you may have relating to your child.

Should you feel that the above staff are not best placed to assist you with a pressing query or concern, Mrs Joannou, Vice Principal, can be contacted on ajoannou@thomasclarksonacademy.org. Mrs Joannou will direct your email to the appropriate personnel within the academy. You will be contacted within two working days to acknowledge receipt of your communication and to reassure you that the matter is being managed appropriately.
