    I am PC Callum McGarvie’s replacement as the Safer Schools Officer.

    I have been given 5 secondary schools across Fenland and I will be working from within the schools on a regular basis.

    Some of what my role will include:

    • Build rapport with the students
    • Bridge the gap between the younger generation and policing
    • Safeguarding
    • Identify early on those who are at risk of becoming involved in crime/Anti Social Behaviour
    • Educate around some law and legislation
    • Provide presentations on specific areas of concern
    • Be an alternative ear to listen
    • Understand local issues and concerns
