Mr Siracusano’s 4,000 Press-Up Challenge raises nearly £1,700
Mr Siracusano has thanked the TCA community for its support after announcing the final fundraising total from his incredible Press-Up Challenge.
He raised £1,686 after completing 4,000 press-ups during the course of the school day – smashing his original target of 1,000 press-ups.
Mr Siracusano, a former Physical Training Corps Instructor with the 1st Royal Tank Regiment, embarked on the challenge to encourage students to stay active during lockdown.
His efforts raised money for Scotty’s Little Soldiers, a charity which supports bereaved Armed Forces children.
