Thomas Clarkson Academy students will be performing as part of the Wisbech Community Carol Concert in St Peter's Church, Wisbech, on Saturday, December 13th at 7pm.

They will join The Clarkson singers, Wisbech Community Choir and students from Wisbech Grammar School to perform a wide range of music, from gypsy dances by the Danube to traditional Christmas carols.

The concert is free to attend, with a retiring collection taken in aid of My Friend Paul, a charity that funds the care of eleven orphaned children in Western Kenya.

Handmade Kenyan items, including bags and jewellery, will be on sale after the concert, along with Music of Manyatta, an album that mixes traditional Kenyan music with the sound of the violin. Proceeds from all sales go to My Friend Paul.

More details on the charity, My Friend Paul, can be found here: www.myfriendpaul.org
